Meals are hand made daily in our open kitchen and served family style, featuring tasty hors d’oeuvres, local Alaskan seafood, prime steaks, fresh salads, home made breads, and delicious desserts. Our liquor license allows us to serve complimentary beer and wine; one less thing for you to worry about bringing and also enables you to legally enjoy an alcoholic beverage outside of your private room or cabin. The beer we serve is outstanding and is made in Kodiak, Alaska by the Kodiak Island Brewing Company, available on tap from our Kegerator. Our evening meals are paired with wines from around the world and also complimentary.
Sack lunches are served on the boats or in the field, and are pre ordered and prepared at the beginning of each day. Upon completing your reservation, guests are presented with our personal data sheet to fill out, which simply helps us to even further accommodate your individual preferences and tastes during your stay. This is your trip-you are on vacation so let us know how we can best accommodate you before you arrive to ensure we have those items on hand!
