Beaches

Raspberry Straits separates Raspberry and Afognak Islands in the Kodiak Island Archipelago, and rests at our doorstep. Long shale beaches, rocky cliffs, rock bridges that create tunnels, and hidden creeks make every nook and corner of this beautiful area interesting. It is a pleasure to explore along the coast, peaceful, and a great way to spend the day.

We…leave with the kind of regret you feel when you leave family behind.  Our intent was to escape work and experience Alaska together…..All was achieved on a grand scale—we celebrated reeling in those big fish and kayaking along magnificent scenery (even spotting a bear close to us on a rocky shore) together….What a wonderful, peaceful, secluded fun spot managed by delightful people….
